2017-18 ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & INSURANCE download & print first page (please set your printer to print the entire image, 'Scale to Fit' or 'Fit to Page')

High school students who have not turned in a signed AUP and/or not paid their chromebook insurance for the current school year will have their Google account turned off on Wednesday, September 13.
This means:
     - the student will not be able to log into any device with their school account.
     - the student will not have access to Canvas.
     - the student will not have access to their Google Apps. (eMail, Drive, YouTube, etc)

Once the student takes care of the aup/insurance issue, their Google account will be reactivated as soon as possible.
AUPs are available in the library and the main office. Chromebook insurance is $25, cash or check only.

Please print out the first page of the ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & INSURANCE, fill it out and have both you and a parent/guardian sign it, and bring it with you with $25 cash/check on your AUP/Insurance Collection day in August. Copies of the 2017-18 AUP will be available in the front office at the high school starting July 25. If paying by check, please make it out to Webb City High School.

Please make sure:

  • your parent/guardian has signed your AUP.

  • your parent/guardian has given permission for you to use the school's technology. (includes chromebooks, desktop computers, iPads, etc.)

  • you have the $25 insurance money with you if you plan to take your chromebook home during the school year. (cash or check only, please)

All enrolled students must turn in a signed AUP each year.

Last year’s AUP will not work for the 2017-18 school year past September 12, 2017.
